Kinda flimsy, April 16, 2011

We wanted the soap dispenser that matches the touch faucet. I'm not sure if this is the only one or if there's another we didn't see, but I am not at all impressed with this one. The dispenser isn't attached to the sink, only the ring that its sitting in is attached. If you try to push the edge where the soap is dispensed, it lifts out of the sink. As long as you are careful to push the back part instead of the end, it's not an issue. However it seems that they should have it attached somehow, the fact that it isn't makes it seem really flimsy and kinda cheap. I will be looking for a new one when we are ready to get a new sink.

I bought this to replace the same one I had for less than 6 months which broke. Although it looks polished and seems to be of good workmanship, the interior parts were made of poor plastic that easily breaks if you apply even just a little bit of pressure to the front rather than the center of it.

Good price, looks nice, works well, and extremely easy to install. If you really care, this isn't actually stainless steel, it just has a stainless steel look and is made of plastic. It matches my facuet perfectly though. If it breaks, I'd probably just buy the same thing again. 4 stars for making me think the product was actually stainless steel as the description says that it is of solid stainless steel construction.
